Chefs knife in 1095 steel, .145 thick, chisel ground and clay tempered with beautiful hamon. Handle is Afzalea with brass guard, red/white/blue spacers, stag spacer, then blue/white/red spacers. Comes in zippered pouch. $250.00 shipped CONUS. Thanks for looking, Jim
