J3 or 3J throwing Tomahawk Questions

I recently aquired a tomahawk with what looks like a forged head with a J and a 3 stamped together on it and a hickory(I think) handle. The blade lies reasonably in line with the handle. Does anyone know anything about this tomahawk? I would appreciate any info at all on it.
 
Old post but for anyone wanting some, 3J hawks are great. I've had mine for 5 years and they are still the same as when I got them.
