Offering a couple Harkins customs here. Money order preferred but paypal is an option if you pay the fees. No trades please.

Harkins Triton- Satin stainless steel handles and blade. I have the zipper pouch and cert of auth. Piece is in as new condition.
Blade is 3 5/8" with an OAL of 8 1/2".
SOLD shipped/insured.

Harkins Auto Dag- Stainless steel handle, trap door release. Has an antiqued and cracked finish on handle and blade. This piece is marked 1 of 4 on the inside of the backspacer and is in as new condition. Blade length is 3 5/8" with an OAL of 8 5/8".

Dear Vanquish
Please excuse my ignorance but how does the auto-dag operate. Ive never seen one, and can see it is a side opener, but surely not button operated? I really cannot decide which one I like the most, both are so beautifully made.

That is a good question Benn. In this photo you can see an oval shape beneath the pivot. That is the release and it is referred to as a trap door release. You simply depress one side of the trap door and it pivots upwards and releases the blade. It is a very smooth operation as you would expext from Jeff Harkins.

Unbelievable! I had kind of wondered what that oval area was but didnt really think it possible. You guys are probably used to that kind of stuff, but I am staggered by what must be minute tolerances involved. Blown away! Thanks for the reply!
