I like it, blade isn't as acute as most wharncliffe's while being more pointed than a sheepfoot. Kinda hits a middle ground between the two.
Checking to see if you were able to get a measurement for the thickness behind the edge?Due to the hollow grind, to me they feel nice and thin behind the edge. I will put a Mitotoyo digital caliper on it on Monday and see if I can get a consistent reading. I dont have a ball micrometer, that would be a better tool but I will see what I come up with.
Thank you for the reminder Gary. The Caliper is at my office so I will pull that measurement on Tuesday. I will also weigh each model while I am at it.Checking to see if you were able to get a measurement for the thickness behind the edge?

Have a great week.

I do say I wish it was economically feasible to use slot headed screws. But those are notorious for being difficult in a mass production scenario.
Nice Colt you’ve got there!![]()

If a quality machine screw is used and properly sized machinist screwdrivers are used the chances of cam out is much reduced.Nice, the Bearcat is a fun little gun
