Created by Steve Jackson of Jackson Knife and Tool. Just received this today, but it's a too large for me. I try not to keep knives that I won't carry and this is on the large side for me. Beautiful original design, I fell in love with the look when I saw it. Haven't carried it or cut anything with it. Took it out, felt it and decided it wasn't for me. His books are all filled up, so if you're looking for one here is your chance. I had him beadblast all the titanium, anodize the backspacer in blue, give the show scale a cratered pattern, and acid wash the blade. I wanted something that wasn't too flashy, but still looked great.
Great piece from a maker who is coming out with some great work. The inside of the scale is signed by Steve and numbered #2. The first Umbra is Steve's own knife, and this is the first one he's sold.
Overall length is just under 9", blade length is 3.75". Handles are .145 thick 6AL4V titanium, and the blade is .171 thick PSF 27.
Taking a bit of a hit on the knife since it's not straight from the maker. Looking to get $SOLD net for it.
