I did not post this in the "for sale" forum because I am not selling anything. Even the shipping is free.

I am giving away a nice big block of Jade G10. An awesome translucent color that seems rather popular right now. I have learned a lot from this forum and I just wanted to give a little something back.

All you have to do is be a knife maker and post in this thread and the number of your post will be used to determine the winner, which will be picked 24 hours from now. The winner will be chosen via www.random.org, which is an online random number generator.

The only condition is that this material be used on a knife within a reasonable amount of time and that pictures of the knife be posted in this thread.

Dimensions of the block are 7"x1.5"x1.5"

Jeez! That's really cool of you to do, Count me in. These belong on a bootknife with mosaic pin....maybe blackened damascus..... hmmm... If I don't win, I may just have to go buy some :)
 
I'm definitly in... sweet! I have actually been looking for Jade to use for a knife... this looks just as good.
