I have one of these with a blemished makers mark and I use it constantly in the kitchen and around the house. Makes a great paring knife as well as breaking down chicken, beef and venison. CPM 154 at 61 holds a great edge and is very easy to maintain.

That is a well tough out design in a great steel:thumbup: Sorry to hear it was abandoned. Someone will be happy to put it to use. It won't last long at that low price!

Thanks Waterstone. He really does not know what he missed out on.
It is a great feeling knife that just begs to be used.

There is no doubt, the B&T in CPM 154 I have from Chris is the most used knife in my kitchen. Cuts like a laser! Different model but same top quality and expected performance.
