Jaguar Balisong

I've been reading some old posts on butterfly knives and a lot of posts said that the Jaguar butterfly knives break the pivot pins really easily. Is this the Dragon-Forge Jaguar or the 420 steel Jaguar butterflies I saw at Knifezilla?
I have a feeling it is the 420J sort of knife at Knifezilla that would break so easily. I could be wrong...

The Dragon Forge butterfly is made by the same factory but uses 440c. The knife is warrantied for life so that should tell ya something.
