I had a trailmaster laying around, struck a deal with Jake to put a new handle on, sent it off and got it back two days ago. Sorry for the delay. The knife is awesome now. From the standard handle comes a nice new Mircata job with some red spacers and finger grooves and shiny brass buard and butt cap.

If anyone was thinking of doing this, I recommend Jake. My old factory knife looks like a semi-custom now. The man does great work. I will try to post a picture when I get my camera back.

I've had 3 dealings with Jake with a 4th 'in the mail'. Never been disappointed! Great guy to speak with! After reading about Jake's customizing job of your knife, I'm going to ask him if he can turn all my old, cheap knives into Buck 110s!
