This dude's a trip! :D I'd love to meet him in person.

I ordered the Spyderco Civilian Training video from him by phone. Ultra-nice guy - real layed-back. He talked to me about the video and the knife for a while and we BSed about some other stuff. He threw in a free toy and didn't charge me shipping... said if I had any questions or anything to give him a call... What can I say; he was real cool to me.

I can't wait to check out this video!

I've had similar experiences with Mr. Keating.

He is as personable and helpful in person as he is on the phone.

Hey!!! What's the free toy?!?!?
Enquiring minds wanna know!!!!

It was a "stinger". Plastic thingy - looks sorta like a lower-case t
I think it's supposed to be a striker object to hold in your hand.
It's got a little hole to attach it to a keychain. I don't know what to do with it. I'll probably teach my girlfriend how to use it and stick it on her keys for my own peace of mind.
