I have to agree,but I didn't get a chance to speak with Norma when I called.James is a real nice guy.Had a nice phone conversation with him once.Great service all around.
 
I recently ordered copies of the X-Cane videos, and was impressed with the service. Mr Keating gave me plenty of information about the videos, and even invited me to contact him if I had questions about the material. I got a free COMTECH Stinger with the order too. I'd definitely buy from COMTECH again.
