So I email James about a knife, does he have one etc. Don't get an immediate answer, email him again, he says oops, forgot, here is info. I send an email, confirming order etc, nothing happens. I get pissy and send a kinda stiff email, offended didnity et al. I get a response of, of sorry I goofed I'll make it right if you still want. Yes I grumble, so I wait for my knife (at a now reduced price) and when it turns up, there is the knife I asked for, at a very nice price, with NO shipping charged AND a freebie knife included to sweeten the pot!
OK. Now I feel like a real cad for the snarly/whiney tone of my earlier email.
So, this is a bit of an apology and a thank you. Also another in a series of examples of why people like to deal with James.
