Jan 12 (112)

Sweet! I saw a 112 out there in 5160 the other day on an auction site, and didn't know anything about Buck even offering it. Were there many made?
Copper and Clad sold a number of them...maybe about 5-7 years ago.
They were cheaper than the 420hc ones if I recall.
110/112's both in clip or drop point. Oak and Charcoal wood options as well.

There were some 5160 110's with brass and polished g10 as well.
I'm not aware of any 112s like that

I don't know how many.

There must have been at least 100 each as C&C liked to have the 1st 100 of them numbered 1-100.
And there were many sold that had no numbers so....

I'm old fashioned. I don't even think a drop point should have the same model number as a real 110 or 112.

Maybe call them 112.5 and 110.5.

:)

CQ… CQ… I have a 112 and his intern, 422, rolling today for the occasion.
CQ...CQ,,,, Wow, have not seen that reference in forever. My dad was a ham radio guy and we had a big antenna in our backyard. I can remember as a young boy laying in bed 60 years ago hearing my father on his radio at night. "CQ, CQ, this is K2YJP calling CQ" Funny what sticks in your brain to be dredged up more than a half century later.

Love it. I've been close to ordering an antler 110/112 so many times, for so many years, but I've seen some I'd be upset waiting for and then receiving (too dark/too light/etc). That one looks perfect to me! Nice.

I have one I didn’t like at first but it grew on me and became a favorite. You should go for it. Life is short. Go for it.

XJ-linux XJ-linux on the advice of Culprit99 Culprit99 I emailed Copper & Clad late last year. They still had 112's in 5160 at the time (clip as well as drop points, oak as well as charcoal handles).
