I ordered 1 pc of 12 inch x 1 inch nickel silver rod and was pleased that they have finally started stocking 3/4 inch rod as when I make parts, a bunch will be left on the floor. Well when my order came in the 3/4 inch pc was brass. I was a little bummed and called them. No problem, sending one out today and just told me to keep the brass. Thats good service. And there shipping is fast and a great price. These are good folks to deal with. I have been buying from them for 15 yrs and the service is always great. Just thought I would tell someone.
