My first knife being sold on blade forums, hopefully you guys won't be too brutal.
This knife was meant to be an experiment on engraving on knife steel which i have gained much valuable knowledge (engraving depth, dealing with burs, and finish). I also wanted to see what it is grinding a small piece of steel without a platen would be like which had its own problems by keeping stability but i learned from this as well.
Overall i do like the general overview of the knife and in hand it looks great but personally it doesn't hit all the spots i would like it to. So in fairness i'm actually selling this below what i even charge for engraving and just want to cover material use. In the future there will be much better pieces, i just want this little guy to go somewhere and mean something to someone else.
Specs:
hollow grind (3 inch wheel)
Mirror polish (first buffing job)
4 inches tip to end
440c heat treated
1/8 thick
My Makers mark is the japanese lettering above the warrior, had a friend do the translation.
asking Sold
