This is made from 4140 tool steel. The overall weight is 2.38 lbs, w/handle. The hammer head is 1 3/4" round and heat treated. This one has an oak handle that is octogan in shape. Feels great in the hands. The eye is filled with epoxy after being set with a steel wedge.
Forging scale has been left on the head. Cost is $70 delivered inside the USA.
