this is a japanese inspired type of tanto / kwaiken knife. the scales under the wrap are freshwater turtle shell. mirror polished 1084 blade. the kurigata / belt frog is very sturdy. there is a nickel oval plate under the rayskin, which is stitched to the leather. the copper is bent over and soldered to the nickel underneath. the pommel has coined edges like the guard & seppa's. the front seppa has a cat scratch, or rainfall pattern on it. crowned spine. the wrap it tacked down in a few places with ca glue. i like the soft traditional feel, and decided not to coat it to make it hard. price- $325 to your door conus. signature required upon delivery. first "i'll take it" post claims it. PP address- awoodland225@aol.com thanks for taking a look.

5 3/8" blade. 3/16" stock. 10 3/8" overall length.
nickel guard, copper seppa's and tailpiece.
cotton ito wrap.
veg tanned leather sheath.

Great job! If I had the money I sure would buy it, but I just bought a new pistol so don't have it. You are one of the few makers here that I am always tempted to buy from. Keep up the good work.

sent you a visitors message as there was no other way to communicate. Have a couple questions. Hope to hear back from you. thanks
