Dressed up Japanese Santoku

Steel- 3/32" 52100 from Aldo Bruno
Size- 5.5" blade, 10" total length
Heat Treat- Bos heat treat and cryo to 61rc
Grind- flat convex about half way up both sides, Handrub finish
Handle- black linen micarta with copper bolsters and copper pins (sneak mosaic pin)
Features- rounded spines and choil, fueller with g10 window

Price- spf plus shipping ($pf an inch)

Knife comes with warranty against defect and lifetime sharpening
