Hey Folks,
Here is a Japanese inspired light-weight chef knife. 1084 steel peened finish with a mustard patina and a basswood/buffalo Wa-style handle. Very light in the hand and sharp. This is the knife I used to slice the 3 standing phonebook page rolls on my Instagram account... that was fun. I have been using it as a show and tell piece for the last month. Time to release it.
Overall length - 12 1/4""
Blade length - 7 1/2" cutting edge
Handle length - 4 3/4"
