I have for sale two different size Japanese Dog Head forging hammers. I have a few of each size, so please indicate your preference.
The larger hammer weighs 3.5 pounds and the smaller hammer weighs 2.9 pounds. The hammers are forged from 1045 and heat treated in a kiln with a water quench and 800 F temper. The handles are charred hickory with linseed oil. Hand dressed face, ready to use out of the box, Eye cut at a slight angle to handle to reduce arm fatigue.
