I just finished this one up last night. It's 9 1/4 inches overall with a 4 1/4 inch blade of W-2 with a wee bit o' filework. The brown underlay is stained 8-ounce leather. It comes with a 8-9 ounce stained leather sheath (right-handed) and as usual, if you receive the knife and don't like it, send it back within 5 days for a refund.

Paypal, MO -- International orders are fine, but must pay for extra shipping.

Price: $170 Shipped.

Thanks for looking. :D

A poor pic of the sheath -- for some reason it looks "streaky."
Can take some better pics tonight if needed.

I wish I had a hardness tester, but I don't so I have to rely on charting and testing. I just started messing with this stuff (cracked two to begin with. :D ). I used a light oil but lowered the tempering heat, so it should come in around 60. I have no idea with the spine, but there is a significant difference when I hand sanded it.

I'm pretty happy with the results I'm getting, it's getting good wear resistance and stays sharp. Pretty soon I'm gonna man up and water/soap quench this stuff. :( :)

The small camp in W2 was great. However, it seems that I cannot get it sharpen to scary sharp or even shaving sharp. W2 seems difficult for me, any advise on sharpening?

I'm glad you like the knife. What kind of sharpening system are you using? Are you wanting the polished edge, or a more gritty field edge?

Michael,

I sent you an e-mail last night. Did you get it? If not, I'll re-send it. Thanks.

Ken

Sorry about that -- I'm away from my e-mail on the weekends (kind of a little electronic vacation). You can PM me, or I'll check it first thing tomorrow morning.
