This one is 1095, and I tried to show it in the second picture as it has two 45-bevels running the length of the spine. You can see that it has an untraditional distal taper and comes to a very fine edge. I don't have the exact measurements on-hand, but the blade is about 4 inches and it's about 9 overall. I'll put in the exact measurements tonight. The handle is nylon over rayskin. If you're not happy with the blade once you receive it, return it for a full refund.

I was pretty close. The cutting edge is 4 1/4 and it is just a touch over 9 inches overall.

Man, I want this..........I kow it will end up in my chest from my wife who says having over 100+ knives is too many :rolleyes: ....yeah....& how many pairs of shoes does she have???!! Only a couple....er, uh, maybe she's right. :( Still though....if no one ends up with it & if the price drops.....then I might just do it.........glad my life insurance is paid up :D
