Japanese White Steel Kiridashi Frame Lock

I just came across you folding kiridashis a few weeks ago. Ever since, I've been itching to ask if you'd be willing to do another. I love the one at the beginning of this thread with the titanium framelock. Perhaps one like it with a v-grind? I also have a Cold Steel Hatamoto that I was hoping to have re-scaled an a new low-riding clip made for. It assume it would be a fairly easy mod. If any of this sounds doable, let me know. Wow. I had a Kiridashi here for months until just yesterday when I sold it and mailed it off to it's new owner. I assume that sooner or later I'll do more of these Christian providing of course that the Japan earthquake has not caused the blades to be discontinued but I'm not really taking any new orders for anything right now other than my clips or pry bars. I've been keeping things low key not taking a lot of orders to keep this as a hobby where it is still fun. These other smaller projects that keep me entertained are already kind of stretching me out there to where its getting hard to convince the IRS that this is just a hobby. I hope you understand because I don't want to come off as a snob or anything. I'll tell you what though. When and if I do anymore of those Kiridashi folders this year which could happen if the mood strikes, I'll look this thread up and certainly let you know. Thats about the best I can do on that one for now. :thumbup:

On your other Cold Steel model, well, I haven't been doing handle scale or rebuild type work for over a year now but I'd be happy to do a clip for you after someone else did that for you. Maybe Phil Dobson would take that on if you ask him. He is a member here and I believe he has his own forum now on 2brothers forums. Sorry I know thats just what you want to hear. I do appreciate your asking me. Thanks for coming by my forum.
