now they come via a Kencrest corporation, and I have to say though I don't usually bother to praise the well-known good stores or to make public what maker has been difficult; but this company's customer service is the best by far that I've ever seen, not to mention the quality of the knife
The finest of Japanese politeness and real forthcoming in making shipping etc. as easy and cheap as possible... e.g. just 7$ for shipping, yet they make you feel like a king -
