I online ordered a combination waterstone & nagura on a Friday. Realized I wanted a stone holder and some lapping film, and called on Sat. The lady told me that she didn't know for sure if the order had already shipped (people who handle that don't work weekends), but would send the other items with no shipping charge even if it had. Sure enough, two packages come to my door next week. Unfortunately, the combo stone had a crack across one corner, little over an inch in on two sides. I called back and asked about sending it in for replacement. After she checks with the manager, I'm told that they will send me a new one. A week later, another package at my door.
The cracked stone naturally has a reduced life since the entire surface can't be used, but I'm gonna give it to a friend. Very nice service.
