I assume it was made in Jesse Jarosz’s shop in the US.

I have this knife with wood handles (different that what I see here). It is an excellent knife. Definitely a quality knife. It is a really nice size for front pocket carry. Can't buy more knives now or I would consider getting this one for a backup. I think it is also excellent for hiking or camping if you want to keep the gear down in weight. It is big enough for camping, but I wouldn't want to go smaller.

It’s a laminate material using wood and Micarta layers I believe. It’s tough stuff but doesn’t feel plastic or cold.
