This knife was forged by Dwarves in the depths of Khazad-dum and is said to be the only blade that can cut through Mithril. Ok, not really, but it was made by Jason Knight, M.S., and that's close enough.
This beast is 17 1/4 inches of pure cutting power. It will (and has) made quick work of branches as thick as a man's arm (and I don't mean nerdy arms). The blade is 11 1/2 inches and the handle is 5 3/4 inches of sand blasted desert ironwood.
The blade has been touched up a couple of times on a DMT steel, but there has never been any serious wear on the edge: not from lack of use, but just because the edge has proven to be that durable. No major defects on the blade, just the scuffs and scratches you would expect from use, but there is a bit of a ding on the very back of the handle (I tried to capture it in a photo for the sake of full disclosure).
I'm asking $old for this including CONUS shipping.
