Jason Knight/Burt Foster Applied School of Meat Cutting

Thanks guys! Tommy did make an appearance this morning with a decided limp but still smiling as always. Here's a few pictures of the guys with some blades from the last two weeks. I'm not photobucket savvy so I can't tell you who's who...maybe I'll figure it out soon:barf:

Yep, we all had a great time this last week. Just got home and knew I had to add the before shot of the cut. Its gratuitous and nasty, but man, what a cut! In all seriousness, Tommy missed anything important (unless you consider the leg in general important). The Dr. was amazed that with it that long and deep he wasn't in a lot more trouble. If anyone is going to the Spirit of Steel next week, look Tommy up. He'll be the big guy with the crutches.

One of the students, Fred, caught the whole thing on video, so if and when I can get that I'll add that as well.

Looks like a great class! Glad Tommy is recovering! I attended the "Intro" class June 2009 with Greg Neely, Burt Foster and Bill Wiggins, a great experience and very nice facility at Haywood!

It really was a great group, hopin' to see some of the gang in Alaska before too long so heal up good Tommy! :thumbup: Here's a few more pics...

I just want to say thank you to everyone that I met for all the information I learned from Jason and Burt and all my classmates. My cut's a little swollen, but hopefully the staples will come out soon and I'm already doing much better. hope to see all you guys soon. thanks again! - Tommy
