Here's our latest piece in "double-cut" pattern damascus. I was very pleased with the way this overall combination came together and I hope you like it as well.

This bowie knife has a 5 3/4" blade of 350 layer high carbon damascus forged in a "double-cut" pattern (the photo really doesn't do the steel justice). The guard is etched and lightly polished wrought iron. The handle is stabilized Flame Ebony wood with a throat of fullered Leopard Jasper stone and black/nickle-silver spacers. The pins are stainless steel. The overall length of this knife is just over 10 3/4". The knife comes with a tooled leather blade sheath with Python-skin inlays.
Price, with leather sheath: $650.00, plus shipping.

Visa, MasterCard & Paypal are all fine (Paypal only for international sales please) and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Are you using lapidary equipment to shape the jasper? That is such a nice
touch - it adds an interesting highlight to the piece.

Great stuff, as always!

Thanks guys, I appreciate that.

Dana the Jasper is reconstituted so it can be worked with files and sandpaper the same as fullering a guard or spacer. I almost only use "true" stones for "cabs" on pommels or such.

My daughter wants a knife with tourqoise for the throat/ferrel. I'll look into
getting some reconstituted stuff.

Awesome work, as usual.

Thanks,
Dana
