I just completed a deal with Jack, and he went above and beyond. I had put up a knife and watch for sale that I had originally gotten from him in trade. He contacted me and wanted to know if I wanted trade for something else from his vast collection, because he wanted me to be completely satisfied with the deal. He had exactly what I was looking for. We kept in constant contact until the deal was complete and all went smoothly (except for the crappy USPS
