JD Smith custom stag scaled folder with Damascus blade and bolster, lockback, solid and very cooool

High Carbon Damascus (some nickel) - Ladder Pattern
Handle Material - Sanbar Stag (matched set of stag & dovetailed at the bolster end)

This was J.D.'s personal knife that he carried for a couple of years

Question was asked, how solid is the lockup? Very solid lock back type folder.

Also the curve of the handle is kind of unique in and of itself, reminds me of a folder a cowboy would carry, tuff as the day is long,

one thing I did notice is that JD didn't put his maker's mark on this piece, probably since it was his personal carry folder, but wanted to make that known, if you have any doubts of it's make, you can contact JD Smith to verify.
