JD van Deventer creates unique knives of the highest degree of craftsmanship and performance. He took up knife making in 2005 & became a member of the Knifemaker’s Guild of Southern Africa by 2007. This one is a user. 2nd owner. I've carried it & opened a few packages. Still very sharp. A few trails on the blackened titanium & clip. Blade favors clip side by .015"-.020", does not contact handle. No lock rock or stick & no blade play. Has been disassembled, cleaned & lubed w/ Krytox 202. IMO, this flips better than my Burgers. Been moving towards thumbstud knives & don't carry this one as often.
