The Old Timer remains in my EDC rotation. The machete, not so much. :rolleyes: :D
 
One thing I wondered about the comment on how he doesn't use RATs in the jungle. It shows that even cheap tools will work fine in the field if you know your abilities and the limiations of the tools, but why not just use RAT knives out there and put them through their paces. I guess it doesn't really matter, they make nice knives that are made to be used. Guess it's working for them alight!
 
I am pretty sure he answered that one around here....I think he said he gave the RC knives their testing, but then likes to test other knives in the field too.
