Hi all!

I'm getting the idea that I may need another knife for...reasons.

It seems relatively new, but does anyone have any experience with the Jeff White Big River knife? Seems like a pretty useful shape, and from what I understand his relatively thin blades punch above their weight in toughness while still being pretty nimble for food prep.

Any success or failures with it so far? Any knives that you've used that are comparable?

I have a couple of Jeff White knives but not the Big River. Overall quality is excellent. I have a Nessmuk and a patch knife. Good quality steel, easy to upkeep and holds a good edge. The knives are designed to be used so no knife art. I bought both as blanks as I like to add my own handles.
