This is my last custom folder, at least I think. Description directly from the maker as I jsut had this piece "tuned up".
Hi Mr. Klein,
I made this knife for a local friend/collector around 1998. Near as I can recall it was the only
“manual” autodag I ever made. The frames are G-10 and the blade ... well you stumped me...
he supplied the steel for it and he didn’t remember who made it for him. It looks kind of like Eggerling
but I haven't seen any of his that was forged to shape as this one was. Could be Dunkerly or Gallagher
as I know he liked to buy Montana made steel. Anyway, it’s all fixed up and ready to ship
back. I will ship via priority mail once I receive your preferred shipping address.
