It took Jende several days to ship, however after it shipped it got here quickly, the site charged $10 for shipping, but shipped it for $5, so I guess it's a shipping AND handling charge.

The other thing, if you order from them, sign up with their site, because the tracking goes through their site, I didn't bother to e-mail them to ask for the tracking number, but Tom seems to get around to answering e-mails very quickly.

Tom Blodgett e-mailed me back and said it was just shipped in their last batch and that confirmation should be coming shortly.
 
I've ordered from them before and my experience was good. I knew what I was ordering was out of stock and they kept me informed of the progress. They actually cut the atoma stones to size when they get them in, so that might be part of the delay. When I ordered there were quite a few people that recommended them, so I don't think I would worry yet. Email Tom back at the address he emailed you from and I'm sure he will respond ASAP. The atoma 140 is worth the wait btw.
 
I just got the confirmation that it shipped. I think pretty much anything will beat the stock coarse stone for the EP, that stone likes to skip and slide instead of work.
 
Ordered an Atoma 140 on 4/11. Did not say out of stock. Have not received shipping info. Is this normal? From what i have read Jende is good to go. Have received order/ purchase confirmation, should i be worried?
 
Old thread or no I'm in the same boat. Ordered $350 two weeks ago including a 140 Atoma for my Edge Pro - items listed as in stock. I've received no replies to two Email inquiries to Tom requesting a shipping date.

I guess I'll be requesting a refund via paypal just before the 30 day cutoff if needed.

Really disappointing. But explains why CKTG was out of everything I wanted and Jende showed it all in stock.

I which case, you could have easily started an all new thread, and copied a link to this older one for reference.
