I got this from Jeremy about 3 weeks ago and have carried it for the last week. There are a few very tiny marks on the blade which are hard to get a picture of. The pivot has a rub mark from using it. The scales and pocket clip are as new. I used it at work to open some boxes and cut some rope. This isn't for someone looking for a collector piece but is in great shape and will make a great user. Blade is centered and action is smooth. This knife just can't replace my El Patron so I am selling to free up the cash for a generator for camping.
