I've been reminded recently that we should post about experiences with companies and not just individuals.
I very recently received two shipments of medium-sized Busse fixed blade knives directly from his shop in Wauseon, OH.
The knives were precisely as promised and in perfect shape, complete with the famous Busse cardboard sheaths.
The edges were sharper than I expected, but a bandage will take care of that.
I experienced excellent communication from Mr. Busse's Crew (his administrators) throughout the entire buying process. Several telephone calls were cheerfully answered by upbeat folks like Kendra and the ever-charming Amy-o.
All in all, a great experience, and one I will definitely be repeating.
