Jerry Busse......Best Boss Ever

What?!? You mean my AK is going to be delayed an additional 2 hours??? Haha, only kidding! That is a great boss move indeed! It's very cool to hear a story like this, and I completely understand it after being fortunate enough to drink with the Busse crew at Blade. I hope to see the movie next week as well.

As many knives as being pushed out from the compound I am surprised he didn't buy the theater. Still, very cool bossman

Nice!
My boss will just send me to see 13 hours... in a truck, again. ;)

I get to leave half an hour early on Christmas eve, *if* I've finished all my work... Hats off JB.

Very cool.

Popcorn and SnowCaps included?

Did you have to sneak the booze in or was there an open bar?

Our company used to have a president who would come around every day and say hi and have catered lunches for us and even new everyone's wives and kids names and even on really hot days get ice cream and personally pass it out to cool every one off. Now our new president well for the last 7 years doesn't even walk through the shop floor and doesn't know but a handful of people. We all miss the family atmosphere we had. Your very lucky to have a boss who truly cares about his people. The small gestures are just as important if not more important.

That's awesome... It's great when you job feels less like work; a boss like Jerry is a very lucky--and increasingly rare thing, I believe. Can't wait to see the film; heard great things.

Yes, Jerry is one sweet boss! Thanks again, Jerry! By the way, for anyone who hasn't seen it, it is amazing! Lexi and I were sobbing quietly next to each other lol

Here's the view from 13 hours my boss offers...
