This is an extremely rare "NLT" stamped knife by Mastersmith Jerry Fisk. He reserves this mark for his best pieces; very few knives are stamped with the NLT (National Living Treasure) mark each year, and this piece was the first hunter style knife he made in the NLT series. This knife was completed in February 2000. The blade is "One of" mosaic damascus; the billet was forged for this knife and he said he would never make another knife with this pattern. The damascus is forged with 1084 and 15N20. The tang is 01 steel, made with "old frame" style construction circa 1800's English knifeworks. The beautiful ivory handle is pinned with braded pins, hidden center pin, nickel silver guard and escutcheon plate inlay. This knife is in absolutely mint condition. $2650 insured and shipped to you; no trade offers please.
