Pictured here with a Halfrich micarta trapper (Bose pattern),is a 4" Wichester style BP,some nice stag.The blade steel is ADD or something..Oh no wait,I have that...It is a new ss,a powder steel,like a 154CPM,all I know is it's like a razor
It's got the sig VCM3 lanyard on it now
Keep up the good work Jerry, you're turning out some beautiful knives,Thanks,

Jerry makes some extremely nice and good slip joints. Smooth action, crisp half stops. His edge geometry is out of this world and they are all super scary sharp. Other than all that, pretty ordinary, Ha, ha.

Hey Paul,stayin' cool ??
I heard Jerry has some fine sheaths that accompany some of his Jack Russel knives, just a rumor though,lol...
Good to see you here my friend. As soon as I can keep some cash,I'll need a new wallet from you.

That is sweet. Can't wait for my turn on Jerry's list. I thinke it's AEB-L steel, but someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Got any Halfrich pictures you'd care to to share, James? Maybe we should start a seperate thread for you just on your back pocket knives...

Yeah,a culpeppj BP thread, that's got a ring to it.....
Of course,I've seen culpepp's pictures , maybe you oughtta send 'em up here for a shoot out

Fine lookin' Remington pattern Vince. Congrats my friend. Did you clean stripers with it recently? ;)

I should be coming up on Jerry's list pretty soon. Maybe I'll actually be able to decide which of his many options to order. Leaning towards a BP today. :)

Now i can see why you were trying to build up the funds bank. With incoming like this, it is easy to part with a few that sit in the drawer/safe.

Beautiful BP slip.

I am in line for one or two of Jerrys but am still a ways out.

Nice score!!!!

Vince another real nice 1.:thumbup::thumbup:
Thanks for sharing mate.

nice.....

say, is Jerry's edge sharper than Spydercos out of the box? are they very polished or do they have some "bite"? I find too highly polished edges will slip on rope and nylon....

Spyken,
These knives are VERY sharp.
I'm not gonna be a wiseguy here or nothin, but a "Spyderco out of the box",would not be a good gauge to use
Let's just say, these are real sharp.I think you would agree, and the little trapper I have been carrying and using, alot, and have "touched it up" on a stone, and it was easily restored to freakin' scary sharp.I don't think they are too fine an edge, and they have a good toothy bite
