knew the knives are not forged. Just didn't know what kind of stock removal they use now.freehand grinding or cnc work. I know I should know by now not to expect an answer on a timely basis order canceled.
Looks to me like some one was more worried about getting a feel good answer about a question than getting coverage if there is ever any type of warranty issue. I myself could care less about how many minutes it takes to get an answer to a question( on a holiday none the less) and would rather worry about voiding the warranty on a knife by tinkering with it or maybe getting hurt useing a piece of crap knife that has customer service working on holidays.
Come on I have only seen a handfull of Busse knives resell at or below retail in the last couple of months. How big of a risk is it to buy a knife that you can resell at at cost or a small profit if you don't like it? Is there anyother knife maker out there with that kind of secondary market? It's like a try before you buy program.
I hope that the question goes unanswered!!
Oh mybe it's to late for that eh, let's just hope that we don't end up with another Jaxx on our hands here with a maxed out cc.
