One of the more "mysterious" knives of Busse lore appears to be the Stealth Hawk, but not much is known about it other than it was made of MP-45, could be pounded through a car door, and they haven't been made in a long time, since the supply of MP-45 dried up.

Every now and then, the subject or mention of Stealth Hawks comes up, but not much more becomes known, and usually curiosities are left unanswered.

Jerry, can you fill us in on the Stealth Hawk, the background of MP-45, and general timelines and numbers of production or any other juicy tidbits you can toss our way?

I'm also curious how many other forum members are lucky enough to own one of these?

Yours on a nuclear fact-finding mission,

Well, I have one already, and recently came across a sheath for it, but it seems rare that one of these pops us, especially on E-Bay. (I posted a couple days ago with a heads-up about the E-Bay Stealth Hawk.)

I'm just hoping that Jerry can fill us in with some more details and info to help fill in some knowledge gaps for those interested in Busse history.
