Jesse Frank forged integral utility

Really, really hate to let this go, but I need to bring in some cash. Forged integral by Jesse Frank, who from time to time posts his knives for sale here in the Makers forum. Steel is 52100. 4.75" blade, 9.75" overall. Cocobolo handle with leather spacers. It's a great forged integral.

Reduced $180. Sold

The base of the handle looks quite thick. How thick is it in inches, and how does it feel in hand?

The handle base is deep but it's not thick. It's about 1-1/4" deep but the thickness is about 5/8".

In the hand the knife feels like a precision knife, not a power knife. It sort of feels like a big kitchen paring knife.
