I put this package together but have only used it once since I still like sharpening the way I've always done it.
This is a fantastic unit and did a great job when I used it to sharpen a knife.
I'm including a ton of accessories and everything but the extra stone was purchased from Woodcraft in Cleveland last fall. The stone is close to 100% since I really haven't used it much and the only jig I've used is the knife jig.
This unit is as good as the Tormek IMO and has some better features to boot. One great feature is that you can adjust speed and torque as the stone gets smaller so the RPM doesn't increase. Get good at using it and you could start a small home business just sharpening everything under the sun for your neighbors.
Here's what's included:
Machine: $300
Cover: $20
Long knife jig: $45
Diamond truing tool: $60
Drawer base: $99
Plane Camber Jig: $106
Bevel check gauge: $12
Grinding angle gauge: $15
DVD: $10
Axe Jig: $17
Straight Edge Jig: $28
Grading stone: $20
Replacement stone (spare): $135
Total paid: $867 + Tax
I'm asking $500 for the package
I will not separate it.
Shipping will be based on where you live but shouldn't be more than $35 or so.
Thanks for looking!
