I am the second owner. Its in absolute excellent condition and never carried. Works perfectly. Includes 18350 battery, extra O ring, and tool included. A flashlight craftsman named Vinh modded the XM-L2 to about 1000 lumens. Light is exceptional and tint is on the warm/neutral side. It also has a very, very smooth dial that Vinh touched up. He also polished the clip to match the titanium.
