Jewelers Screwdriver

I'm looking for a small multitool with a tiny, jewelers type screwdriver. As an alternative, one of these screwdrivers with a pocket clip and a cover/lid.

Do such things exist?

Many of Victorinox swiss army lineup come with a tiny flathead (jeweler's?) screwdriver like this, which nests inside the corkscrew.

Wenger has a jeweler's screwdriver on their line of 2.5 inch tools. I have a Swiss Clipper AT and the Pocket Tool Chest which have the eyeglass driver.

The Victorinox mini screwdrivers work well and you can buy them separately. My Leatherman Wave does also have a very tiny screwdriver.
