I bought this off that bay place as unused and have no reason to doubt it. I carried it in a sheath a few times but never cut anything. I was told the blade is cpm 154. Wood is Desert Ironwood. I sharpened it to 40% inclusive and it is very sharp. I do not know who did the engraving. Flush closed and open and just a hair shallow at the half stop. No wiggle. I can pinch it open and the walk and talk on this one is some of the best I have ever seen. You won't be disappointed. Blade is 2 15/16 to bolster. Closed it is 3 3/4. I'm probably going to regret selling it but I never carry it.
