I ordered a Beast from TSF a while back. I can't say enough good things about the whole process. Great communication with Jim and a great final product.
Just wanted to make another post to let you all know that I recently had a similarly smooth experience regarding some service work from Jim. I was wearing my Beast clipped in my pocket the other day when I snagged the clip on a door jamb and bent it up pretty good. Well I tried fixing it myself and in the process I stripped out the holes for the two clip screws. Jim had me send it in. He not only retapped the holes to except bigger screws but changed out the ball bearings, cleaned and lubed the knife while he was at it. All this and only about a week from me sending it to me getting it back.
