I agree, Jim is one heck of a nice business person and he wants you to have his custom folder ASAP! And he is a knifenut just like us. I have a green, slim Synergy that I should receive by the latter part of next week. Great design and from what I've heard, GREAT workmanship....will post my initial impressions of it.
 
I hope this works!! We are in Altoona, Iowa as we all look at this thing and use the motel's computer. Hope it is warm there it has like 6" of snow on the ground. -CL

I recently received a Nandina Synergy and boy is she sweet. Jim was simply superb in terms of his customer service. He took the time to exchange a couple of e-mails and called me at the office to discuss what I wanted. The next day he went into his shop and my new baby was born. I received it TWO DAYS later!! Jim oughta teach a college course in customer service.

Jim did a great job for me also. I ordered my Synergy at about 1:30 Friday afternoon and I had it in my hands by Tuesday of the next week. I probably would have had it monday if it hadn't been a Holiday. What Great Service and a Great Knife.
